CyLon Go
CyLon Go aims to increase the number of people from underrepresented backgrounds entering the cyber workforce
We support individuals from diverse communities who want to pursue a career within cyber security by offering grants towards the costs of training and a range of other support.
— WHY?
While we are proud of CyLon’s portfolio in many ways, we have always been conscious of the lack of diversity across our Founder community and our teams, which sadly is reflective of the industry overall.
There is not only a moral case to address this – we believe that widening the range of perspectives and backgrounds within the industry will play an important role in tackling the ever-changing threat landscape.
Cyber attacks do not come from homogenous groups, and neither can the solutions.

We open pathways into cyber security careers

Grants for training
CyLon Go participants get financial support towards a relevant cyber security training course, ranging from introductory courses to leadership programmes.

Hands-on advice
We support participants to explore career options, ranging from making introductions to ensuring CVs & cover letters highlight what a hiring manager wants to see.

Who is it for?
CyLon Go is open to any individuals from underrepresented backgrounds who would benefit from the financial support offered by the programme. We welcome applications from all over the world, and particularly from women and people from a BAME background.
