“Participating in CyLon was one of the single greatest decisions our company has our made. CyLon has brought us customer intros, investor connections and helped raise our profile significantly since joining the programme in 2016 – if you’re a cyber security startup, there is simply no better place to be.”
Tim Sadler, CEO, CheckRecipient
“CyLon has an incredibly huge network of industry experts that we got connected with. This helped us a lot in driving our business progress. We have also been amazed by the quality of demo day attendees and the calibre of people that CyLon attracted.”
Andrius Sutas, CEO, Aimbrain
“CyLon was the best possible start we could have had for our company. From the network of people we were introduced to, to the mentoring and review sessions that kept us on track and pushing forwards, the whole experience taught us more than we would have learnt from years of going at it alone.”

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Our definition of “cyber security” is very broad. We welcome applications from teams operating in a wide variety of industries, from defence to retail, telecoms to fintech, digital media to health services. To date, we’ve supported startups in fields including Blockchain, Compliance, Insurance, Data Protection, Privacy, Risk, Big Data Analytics and Cloud Security. All of which ultimately help to support the digital economy.
We have no formal restrictions concerning a company’s stage or size, but particularly welcome applications from small teams with big ambitions. We accept teams from all over the world, but expect all founders to participate in person, in London, for the duration of the programme.
